Paulo Laserna Phillips(full name is Paulo Gustavo Laserna Phillips) is a Colombian journalist, political scientist, television presenter, politician and businessman.

As noted by the host of the British version, Chris Tarrant, Paulo was the CEO of Caracol, the channel which originally broadcast ¿Quién quiere ser millonario?, the Colombian version of Tarrant's show, from 2000 until 2011. When the show was revived on RCN in 2013, Paulo returned to host, surprising many.

He has also presented the Colombian version of Spitting Image.
