Luis Casco is a make-up artist and beauty spokesperson who works in the cosmetics, television, celebrity, fashion, and photography industries. He is best known for his appearances as the lead makeup artist on Project Runway (4 seasons) and Project Runway Allstars (2 seasons) and Mexico's Next Top Model (season 5). He has led makeup teams for global Fashion week including New York[1], Paris, and Moscow[2], and for award programs including the Primetime Emmy Awards.

Luis was born in San Salvador and moved to the US with his family when he was fifteen.   The son of a diplomat, he arrived in the US with next to nothing after his family had to leave his native country due to a civil war.  

He has been a makeup artist for some of the world's most famous celebrities, models, etc for more than 20 years.  He is currently appearing as a beauty expert on the Project Runway and Mexico's Next Top Model.

Direct sales brand Mary Kay has appointed celebrity make-up artist Luis Casco as its latest Global Beauty Ambassador.

Casco has amassed fame through appearances on TV show Project Runway alongside writing the successful #beautiful book, while also working on many fashion shows, celebrity clients and television appearances.

The collaboration will see Casco advice Mary Kay and its independent sales force on topics including product development, color education, sales education and social influencer events.
